What we collect
When you contact us, call, text or book, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, mileage), the problem you describe, where the vehicle is, photos you send, and your service history with us. We use it only to give you estimates, schedule and do the work, update you, and take payment.
Text messages (SMS)
Program: Speedy Mobile Auto Repair customer care texts, sent from 828-454-3014.
What you'll get: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations, estimates for approval, repair status updates and pickup notices.
How you opt in: by texting us first, by agreeing to texts during a call, or by checking the text consent box on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: varies with your service. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP any time. Help: reply HELP or call 704-835-2577.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
- We do not store card numbers. Payments go through Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or PayPal.
Who helps us
We use service providers to run our phone and text line, website and records (for example our phone/text provider, website host and email). They only use your info to provide those services to us.
Our free apps
The Speedy Maintenance Log and Shop Kit save your data on your own phone. We don't see it unless you choose to send it to us.
